Kathleen began her practice as The Law Offices of Kathleen Ann Foley, P.C. in 1983 with a vision that has consistently been focused on empowering clients by conquering the obstacles they face and providing them with the broadest and best range of choices and solutions for their future paths. Prior to starting her practice, Kathleen worked as in-house counsel concentrating on corporate law and mergers and acquisitions for EG&G, Inc., a national defense contractor and provider of management and technical services.
Kathleen graduated Cum Laude from Suffolk University Law School in 1978, and graduated from the University of Connecticut in 1974. Kathleen was admitted to the Massachusetts Bar in 1978.
Committed to providing ongoing education and support to colleagues in the area of domestic relations law, Kathleen has been on the faculty of the Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education Family Law Trial Advocacy Workshop for over a decade.
Since its inception, in 2002, Kathleen has been a member of Senior Partners For Justice, a pro bono project founded by Hon. Edward M. Ginsburg after his retirement as an Associate Justice of the Massachusetts Probate and Family Court.
Kathleen is also an active member of the Massachusetts Bar Association.
